Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine upkeep and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), completing work orders promptly, assisting with unit turns (cleaning, painting, basic repairs), conducting preventative maintenance and inspections, maintaining grounds and common areas, and responding to maintenance requests and emergencies. Must use hand and power tools safely, demonstrate strong attention to detail, work independently, be reliable and punctual, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Prior facilities experience is a plus but not required; position is on-site for the summer with potential transition to full-time.
