Job Summary
Oversee pool safety and guest experience at Life Time's aquatic facilities. Provides rescue and first aid as needed, monitors swim areas for hazards, and assists with aquatic events such as Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza. Requires Lifeguard and First Aid certification, ability to swim 300 yards without stopping, tread water for 1 minute, and retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom. Required Qualifications
- Lifeguard and First Aid Certified
- Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping
- Ability to tread water for 1 minute
- Ability to retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim it to the top
