Job Summary
Ensure the safety of all pool patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies, enforcing pool rules, monitoring water quality, and reporting unsafe conditions or equipment issues to your supervisor. Maintain a clean and enjoyable environment while demonstrating focus and attentiveness at all times. You must be at least 15 years old, available to work weekends and holidays, and hold or complete nationally recognized Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications before the season begins. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with overtime bonus opportunities and an end-of-season bonus up to $250.00. The 2026 season runs from Saturday, May 23, to Monday, September 7. Experienced lifeguards may be promoted to Pool Manager with increased responsibilities and higher pay.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years old by the date of hire
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate focus and attentiveness at all times
- Have or complete a nationally recognized Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification before the season begins
