Job Summary
Summer Helper at Amrize plant position focusing on multi-skilled cleaning and utility operations, safety compliance, inspections, and operating mobile equipment (e.g., skid steer, Loader, water truck, Dozer) within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include promoting safety, completing area inspections and checklists, housekeeping duties (painting, lawn care, shoveling, sweeping), assisting in various plant areas, and supporting cross-functional activities while adhering to PPE protocols and health, safety, and environmental policies. Strong emphasis on learning industrial processes, capability to work in inclement weather, reliable transportation, and ability to work Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED (required)
- Field of Study Preferred: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Diesel Technology, or a related technical trade.
- Strong safety orientation
- Ability to work Monday - Friday
- Subject to respirator fit tests (clean shaven when required by respirator)
