Job Summary
Temporary Information Technology support role assisting ITS summer projects under the Network Manager/Engineer. Responsibilities include installing/reimaging wired and wireless computers, configuring network and peripheral equipment per diagrams, installing data conduits and cabling, diagnosing moderately complex network problems, troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals, performing routine maintenance, setting up VOIP phones and classroom A/V equipment, maintaining district firewall and wireless networks (802.11n/ax), providing end-user support for MS Office and Windows 10/11, and delivering one-on-one training to internal customers. The role requires collaboration with supervisors and district staff, vendors, and contractors, with a focus on efficient IT service delivery during summer sessions.
