Job Summary
Staff members will chaperone field trips, connect with campers, and monitor safety and wellbeing. They will travel by bus to multiple stops, supervise campers actively, ensure compliance with camp policies, and report notable concerns or incidents, including injuries, allergies, and dietary restrictions. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to calmly manage groups of children in a dynamic, creative, play-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred
