Lead Field Trip staff for Steve & Kate's Camps, guiding kids through activities and ensuring safe, engaging experiences across multiple stops by bus or public transportation. Responsibilities include supervising campers and staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, budgeting for food and activities, communicating with parents/guardians, maintaining training and certifications, and ensuring adherence to state camp policies. Requires 18+ years old, 2+ months experience with camp-age children (1 year preferred), First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1, and ability to lead groups, manage logistics, and collaborate with a team.
