Job Summary
Lead and supervise campers on field trips, oversee day-to-day operations, communicate with parents/guardians, manage a food and activity budget, and travel by bus to multiple stops. Role involves supervising staff and campers, ensuring safety and adherence to camp policies, training self and staff, and coordinating with site partners. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable, and capable of guiding groups of children with teamwork and leadership, while engaging in activities that foster curiosity and play.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
