Job Summary
Lead Field Trip Camp activities by supervising campers and staff, coordinating day-to-day operations, communicating with parents/guardians, and managing budgets for food and activities. Travel between stops by bus or public transportation, ensuring safety and engaging campers through planned activities while fostering teamwork, leadership, and collaboration with fellow staff. Responsibilities include supervising campers, conducting regular check-ins, adhering to camp policies, recording notable incidents, managing allergies/dietary restrictions, reporting spend, and maintaining training for self and staff.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
