Job Summary
Seasonal camp counselor responsible for chaperoning field trips, actively supervising campers, maintaining safety and wellness, and ensuring adherence to camp policies. Travel by bus to multiple stops, foster connections with campers, track allergies and dietary restrictions, and report notable concerns or incidents. Requires First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1, ability to lead groups of children, calmness under pressure, and at least 18 years old with experience with camp-age children (2 months minimum; 1 year preferred). Position involves in-person supervision in Cary, NC as part of Steve & Kate's Camp program.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
