Job Summary
Lead and supervise field-trip campers on bus routes; monitor safety and wellness, enforce camp policies, and document notable concerns or incidents. Actively supervise campers, manage allergies and dietary restrictions, and coordinate with a team to deliver engaging activities that build leadership, collaboration, and creativity in a school-age camp setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children (1 year preferred)
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
- Compliance with immunizations, employment physical/screening requirements as applicable to site
- Ability to supervise and lead groups of children, travel by bus to multiple stops
- Ability to calmly manage groups under supervision and maintain safety and wellness
