Job Summary
Summer Grounds/Equipment Room Help at Waltham Athletics supports athletic facilities with landscaping, field setup/breakdown, and equipment management. Responsibilities include routine lawn care, debris removal, equipment maintenance, inventory of gear and uniforms, ensuring safety during facility use, and assisting with lining fields. Requires maintaining gear in accordance with safety regulations and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; reports to the Director of Athletics. Requires a valid MA driver’s license and eligibility to work up to 20 hours per week at roughly $15/hour. This role involves both indoor and outdoor environments and is a seasonal, temporary position.
