Job Summary
Seasonal opportunities in screenprinting, embroidery, high post production, inventory and more at Lakeshirts' World Headquarters in Detroit Lakes. Positions available on 1st shift (M–F, 8a–4p) starting at $15/hour and 2nd shift (M–Th, 4p–2a) starting at $17/hour. Open to high school or college students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking a dynamic, fun, and collaborative work environment. Roles are seasonal (May–September) with both part-time and full-time options; optional daily pay available. Responsibilities include manufacturing and production tasks across multiple departments, with emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement, and providing great customer-facing service. Employees must be able to see, hear, read, write, and follow safety and quality protocols; physical demands include frequent standing and lifting up to 50 lbs, with variable daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
