Job Summary
Lead counselor for the camp's youngest group (ages 4-5) at Steve & Kate's Camp, coordinating day structure, supervising a team of support staff, and ensuring basic needs are met while fostering a self-directed, caring environment. In-person role from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm during camp dates (6/15/2026–8/21/2026) with possible field trips and setup/breakdown weekends; requires 18+, camp-age experience, and First Aid/CPR certification. Physical requirements include standing, supervising children, and occasional lifting; chaperone duties for off-site trips may be required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children (1 year preferred)
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
