Summer Camp Youngest Camper Counselor Lead

As the lead counselor for Steve & Kate's Camp's youngest campers (ages 4-5), you will implement and manage the structure of the camp day, supervise a team of support staff, and ensure baseline needs of the children are met. Bring self-direction, strong communication with staff, campers, and parents, and a willingness to grow in your role. You’ll engage in conversations with staff and families, take ownership of mini-programs, stay calm under pressure, and keep up with energetic 4-12 year olds while fostering a playful, inclusive environment. You’ll also participate in camp setup and breakdown, support field trips as needed, and uphold safety and health guidelines in collaboration with the site policies. This role offers an opportunity to sharpen leadership and program-delivery skills through creativity, play, and collaboration with a motivated team.
