Job Summary
Deliver outdoor and fantasy programs for children ages 3–11 in the Swiss Alps, adjusting activities to designated age groups. Lead group participation and ensure the health and well-being of all campers while serving as a strong, positive role model. Maintain an open, understanding approach to cultural differences and take initiative to adapt to varying situations. Training occurs from June 29 to July 3, followed by camp dates from July 6 to August 29. The role requires fluency in English and experience working with children, with accommodation and lunches provided.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing, high energy and a passion for working with children
- Patience and empathy towards children, their needs and emotional well-being
- Open and understanding of cultural differences
- Experience working/teaching/coaching children
- Strong communication abilities
- A person that can take initiative and adjust to different situations
- Must speak English fluently
