Job Summary
Staff will facilitate activities, monitor safety and wellness, and supervise campers in rotating roles. Activities may include sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, arts and crafts, and more. Responsibilities include actively supervising campers, maintaining organized activity spaces, complying with camp policies, reporting and recording incidents and allergies, and possibly chaperoning off-site field trips. Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, able to lead groups of 4-12 year olds, collaborate with a team, and engage kids in decision-making during camp days aligned with 6/8/2026–8/14/2026 schedules; position requires on-site work at the Santa Rosa location with 8:00 am–6:00 pm shifts and setup/breakdown on move-in/out weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children (1 year preferred)
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
