Job Summary
Staff members will facilitate activities, supervise campers, and monitor safety and wellness. Roles include creating/overseeing activity spaces where campers self-select activities or rotating support across camp; opportunities include sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, arts and crafts, recreation, and more. Responsibilities also include maintaining organized spaces, reporting incidents, monitoring allergies/dietary restrictions, updating camper profiles with photos, and coordinating with the director. Candidates should be calm under pressure, capable of leading groups of kids with teamwork, and able to handle the physical demands of supervising 4-12 year olds for extended periods. Must be at least 16 years old with 2+ months of relevant experience and First Aid & CPR certification prior to start. Orientation, setup/breakdown weekends, and field-trip chaperone duties may apply. In-person camp environment with adherence to safety policies and health requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children (1 year preferred)
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
