Job Summary
Staff members facilitate activities, supervise campers, and monitor safety and wellness. They may work in rotating support roles across a variety of activity spaces (e.g., sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, arts and crafts) or lead groups of children with guidance from a director. Responsibilities include actively supervising campers, maintaining organized spaces, reporting notable concerns or injuries, tracking allergies and dietary restrictions, and updating camper profiles with daily notes and photos. The role requires the stamina to engage with energetic 4-12 year olds, the ability to work with a team, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, creative camp environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred, in either a professional, personal or volunteer setting
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
