Job Summary
Staff members will facilitate activities, supervise campers aged 4-12, and monitor safety and wellness. Some staff will create or oversee activity spaces in which campers self-select activities, while others will work in rotating support roles throughout camp. Activities include sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, arts and crafts, lounging, recreation, and more. Responsibilities also include actively supervising campers, keeping spaces organized and approachable, ensuring compliance with camp policies, reporting notable concerns or incidents, tracking camper allergies and dietary restrictions, and adding daily updates and photos to camper profiles.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
- May be asked to chaperone campers on an off-site Field Trip where locations demand
