Job Summary
The Site Supervisor for the Aquatics Summer Camp program is responsible for the overall operations and management of the camp, including the supervision of staff, organization of program activities, and communication with participants and parents. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of relevant work experience, and must complete First Aid and CPR certification shortly after hire. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage staff and create a positive environment for children.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years work experience in a childcare/day camp facility
- Completion of First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least twenty-one years old at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Aquatics background preferred
- Stage 4 swimming level ability
Additional Requirements
- Must successfully complete a thorough Level II fingerprinting background screening
- Must pass a drug test
