Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily camp activities for a STEM-focused summer program in NYC, partnering with the Site Director and teaching staff to coach teachers, ensure safety and engagement, manage resources and schedules, and foster relationships with campers and families. Responsibilities include guiding instructional activities aligned with camp goals, supporting teachers with safety protocols, nurturing camper development, and overseeing logistics to keep camp operations smooth.
