Summer Camp Program Manager

Job Summary
Plan and prepare theme-based craft activities and projects for campers; inventory and manage supplies, develop crafting plans, and coordinate/execute crafting projects to engage girls in camp. Communicate clearly with children, parents, volunteers, peers, and supervisors; endure outdoor Florida summers; create inclusive environments promoting belonging. Requires Level 2 background check, motor vehicle background check, and post-offer health examination and health history; preference for supervisory experience and experience with large youth groups; must be 18+ and available for the entire camp season. Location: Tequesta, FL; seasonal camp schedule with mandatory pre-camp training and multiple resident camp sessions. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Level 2 criminal background check with determination of eligibility for employment
- Motor vehicle background check
- Post-offer, pre-employment health examination and submission of health history record prior to first day of work
- Strong preference for supervisory experience
- Experience working with large youth groups
- Knowledge of crafts and outdoor programming
- Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, volunteers, peers and supervisors
- Willingness to attend pre-camp training
- Commitment to entire camp season or sessions selected
