Under direction, this seasonal position plans, organizes, and administers a City Recreational Summer Camp, managing program operations, administration, facilities, and recreational programs for campers. The Program Director operates on-site during camp for seven weeks, ensuring all camp functions run smoothly in collaboration with assigned Recreation Staff. Room and board are provided during the workweek.
