Job Summary
Facilitate activities, supervise campers aged 4-12, maintain safe and organized spaces, assist with setup/breakdown, document incidents and updates, and collaborate with a team to deliver engaging camp experiences. Responsibilities include supervising activities (e.g., sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, arts and crafts, recreation), actively supervising campers, maintaining organized spaces, ensuring adherence to camp policies, and reporting notable concerns or injuries. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 pounds, be calm under pressure, and lead groups while working with a team. First Aid & CPR certification before Day 1, 16+ years old, and 2+ months of relevant camp experience are required, with potential additional certifications depending on location. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications)
