Job Summary
Lead and supervise activities for campers (ages 4-12) at Steve & Kate's Camp, facilitating activities such as sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, and arts and crafts; actively supervise campers, maintain organized spaces, ensure safety and camp-policy compliance, and contribute to daily camper profiles with observations and photos; requires early availability around camp dates, First Aid/CPR certification, and a minimum 16 years old. Be calm under pressure, able to guide groups, and collaborate with a team to deliver engaging, creative programming.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work in person at Camp location in Dallas, TX
- Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
