Job Summary
Staff members facilitate activities, supervise campers, and ensure safety and wellness, with diverse responsibilities including overseeing activity spaces and assisting in setup/breakdown during move-in/out weekends; role involves leading groups of kids in activities like sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, arts and crafts, and more, while collaborating with a team and communicating updates to camper profiles; requires First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 and ability to manage allergies/dietary restrictions, stay calm under pressure, and engage 4-12 year olds in creative play.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1
- 2 months experience with campers/children (1 year preferred)
- Ability to supervise and lead groups of 4-12 year olds
- Ability to work in person at camp location
- Ability to chaperone off-site field trips (if required)
