Job Summary
Oversee international students during on-campus activities and lead supervision during off-campus excursions, acting in loco parentis to ensure safety, discipline, and welfare. Actively participate in staff meetings, prepare for trips by researching cultural sites, and provide engaging historical context while managing emerging situations and emergencies. Lead events like music nights and volleyball, coordinate food deliveries and dining areas, and facilitate student orientation, airport transfers, and check-ins. Ensure punctuality for all activities and submit vendor receipts post-excursion. Requires current university enrollment or Bachelor's degree, legal work authorization, and ability to work extended hours including weekends and holidays. Two weeks contract available with on-campus housing for residential staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a university program (actively attending) or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for holidays
- Must be able to work extended hours
- Must be able to work 99 hours in 2 weeks
- Must be able to work excursions from 10:30am to 10:30pm
