Job Summary
Cabin Leaders provide supervision and support to campers during their camp experience, ensuring health, safety, and engagement in activities. Responsibilities include leading cabin activities, establishing cabin rules, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a Christ-centered environment. Required skills include working with children, problem-solving, and good moral character. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
- General skills working with children
- Must have personal and growing relationship with the Lord
- Ability to work under high pressure situations
- Must be of good moral character
Desired Qualifications
- Camping experience either as a camper or staff
