Job Summary
Summer Associate program for 2L law students to gain practical experience in civil litigation across general liability, construction defect, appellate advocacy, business litigation, and labor & employment law; will conduct legal research, draft memoranda, pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and settlement agreements; prepare for client meetings, depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trials; analyze and summarize medical records and transcripts; collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and client communications; participate in firm-sponsored educational events and social activities.
Required Qualifications
- Current 2L enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials with a 3.0 GPA minimum
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in litigation and/or practice areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
