Job Summary
Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and future processes, translating requirements into detailed system specifications for Advisor Desktop and Client Portal projects. Collaborate with UX design and QA teams to define intuitive screens and develop user stories, while coordinating meetings with internal and external parties to set delivery milestones. Utilize AI tools to support documentation, design, and testing, applying Agile methodologies to refine features with developers. Work on the Technology & Operations COO team to bridge business and technology objectives, solving problems and building consensus across diverse groups.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Projected 2028 graduates
- In good standing at the school
- Interest in the financial services industry
- Eager to learn and make an impact
- Experience leading or contributing effectively within collaborative teams
- Ability to break complex objectives into prioritized tasks aligned to an overall delivery plan
- Strong technical and business writing skills
- Professional presence and confidence facilitating smaller meetings
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working through ambiguity
- Ability to solve problems, communicate ideas, guide discussions, and build consensus
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Basic understanding of financial services, especially wealth management
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in computer science or information technology, with relevant exposure preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used to improve productivity or support application development
