Job Summary
Log team, advisor, and client interactions into Salesforce; consolidate engagement data into reports on trends shaping marketing plans and capital-raising strategy. Produce consolidated performance reports for drawdown funds and analyze 3–5 year track records of co-mingled funds to evaluate manager performance by asset class. Learn end-to-end product launch processes, including required materials, and partner on new strategies by creating summary emails, education materials, and concise fund-strategy pitches for advisors. Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and support fundraising initiatives. Available for the full ten-week program (June–August) during standard business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Projected 2028 graduates
- In good standing at the school
- Interest in the financial services industry
- Eager to learn and make an impact
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong academic record
- Available for the full ten-week (June–August) program during standard business hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Aptitude to learn new platforms quickly
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to draft advisor-facing materials
- Ability to deliver a crisp fund pitch
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Ability to collaborate across a distribution team
