Job Summary
Plan and organize training programs and workshops while developing curriculum and learning materials for various courses. Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations, then assess and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs. Provide guidance and support to participants during training and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Maintain training records and participant feedback. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field with proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
