Job Summary
Plan and organize training programs and workshops while developing curriculum and learning materials for various courses. Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations, then assess and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs. Provide guidance and support to participants during sessions and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy. Maintain training records and participant feedback throughout the process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, proven experience in curriculum development, and proficiency in instructional design. The position offers a competitive pay range of $18.00-$18.00, full benefits including health, dental, and vision, and includes free play and discounted food.
