Job Summary
Prepare corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns, including drafts, quarterly estimates, vouchers, and extension prep. Research federal and state tax regulation changes to develop tax planning skills while collaborating with professionals across industries like technology, real estate, and non-profit. Communicate regularly via meetings, chat, and email to support client engagements. Gain hands-on experience through instructor-led courses, self-guided learning, and on-the-job training to develop accounting software proficiency. Work toward CPA certification using firm-provided prep materials and classes. Start June 12, 2028; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business with an emphasis in accounting
Desired Qualifications
- Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2028 – August 2029
