Job Summary
Design for electromagnetic compatibility, noise immunity, and thermal dissipation while performing analog/RF circuit design, analysis, and verification to ensure certification compliance. Drive active projects in partnership with cross-functional teams, focusing on rapid prototyping and design for manufacturing. Apply newly adopted tools and technologies to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability. Work on-site five days per week with competitive pay and housing resources. Join a team supporting Lutron's global smart lighting and shading systems.
Required Qualifications
- pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- cumulative GPA is at least 3.20
- rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
- broad interests in engineering design and development
- authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- willingness to ask tough questions, seek out new resources and work hard to find the best solution
