Job Summary
Conduct construction site oversight, coordinate vendor and homeowner interactions, and manage workflow processes for field managers. Perform root-cause analysis on service requests, evaluate issues, and execute corrective actions including repairs and payment approvals. Support land acquisition efforts by navigating zoning, permits, and crafting data-driven proposals. Analyze consumer trends, assist with marketing assets, and perform competitive market analysis. Educate potential homeowners, manage sales backlogs, and collaborate on bid submittals and cost savings initiatives. Shadow cross-functional teams across sales, procurement, and finance to gain a holistic view of the homebuilding process.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Must be at least 18-years of age
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application
- Must have graduated the semester immediately preceding the start of the internship
- Minimum of sophomore status
- Rising juniors, rising seniors, or graduate students
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at time of application or graduation

- Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Architecture, or similar degree
- Rising juniors, rising seniors, or graduate students
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at time of application or graduation
- Strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction industry
- Students who are involved in extracurricular activities outside of their curriculum responsibilities (i.e., student organizations, leadership roles, student athletes, NAHB student competition, etc.)
