Job Summary
Organize and manage extensive case files for trust and estate administration. Draft legal documents, including pleadings and transactional estate filings, under attorney supervision. Conduct legal research using various resources to support case preparation and strategy. Work closely with attorneys and legal support team members on estate litigation cases. This summer 2027 full-time clerkship at PJI Law offers $25/hour, with work-from-home Mondays and complimentary snacks. Applicants must be 2L or higher with a 3.0 GPA.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment as a 2L or higher in an accredited law school
- A minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and legal research software
