Job Summary
Map and streamline client-experience workflows across Key Private Bank business lines by identifying friction points in hand-offs between Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Trust Officers, and Planners. Deliver analysis on team consistency and effectiveness while automating manual processes using Power Automate flows, SharePoint forms, and templated communications. Embed directly with the Enablement Team to shadow leads and partner with Line of Business leaders to translate coaching needs into recurring cadences with measurable follow-through. Perform other duties as assigned while complying with all KeyBank policies and procedures. This 10.5-week summer internship runs from May 26 to August 6, 2027, with an hourly rate of $23 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must be pursuing a degree by May 2029 with a 3.0 GPA, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a four-year degree or graduate level degree by May 2029
- focused coursework in, psychology, philosophy, communications, math, statistics, wealth management, finance, accounting, business, and/or economics
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Outstanding academic achievement with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Time Management: ability to receive directions and manage line of business expectations by providing deliverables in a timely manner
- Problem Solving: Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a financial services context
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration
- Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver presentations using tools like PowerPoint
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Must be available for the program duration: MAY 26, 2027 – AUGUST 6, 2027
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (not eligible for H-1B visa sponsorship)
