Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end wealth planning experiences for high-net-worth individuals, from discovery conversations through final client presentations. Build mock financial plans incorporating cash-flow modeling, estate tax overlays, and insurance reviews while practicing objection handling and complex concept communication. Partner with Advisory Services team members to understand life-stage priorities and behavioral preferences, then develop a Final Project featuring a planning solution for a hypothetical client case. Engage actively in Key Corp Enterprise learning labs and networking events while demonstrating commitment to a positive team experience.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a four-year degree or graduate level degree by May 2029
- focused coursework in wealth management, financial planning, finance, accounting, business, and/or economics
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Outstanding academic achievement with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Ability to analyze financial data and client information to support planning and decision-making
- Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a financial services context
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration
- Ability to create and deliver presentations using tools like PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
