Job Summary
Execute real-world business, risk management, and insurance projects while engaging directly with clients and mentors. Participate in an 11-week rotational program covering all areas of the insurance industry to build a foundation for Client Management or Sales career pathways. Attend national webinars to understand the organization and industry, then cultivate relationships with partners and peers. Develop professional skillsets through direct team collaboration and volunteer opportunities. This summer 2027 internship offers a springboard into a full-time career within Marsh McLennan Agency's global risk and insurance solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have completed two (2) semesters of college course work studying in an area of business
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 minimum
- Some insurance, risk management or finance courses
