Job Summary
Design circuits, including reliability analysis and testing, while developing theoretical models, simulations, and prototypes. Collaborate frequently with rf, mechanical, embedded, manufacturing, and supply chain engineers to drive active projects in partnership with cross-functional teams. Apply newly adopted tools and technologies to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability. This on-site role requires a rising junior, senior, or master's student in electrical, computer, or electronics engineering with a 3.20+ GPA, located in Boynton Beach, FL. You will work within a team-oriented environment to identify root causes and find the best solutions.
Required Qualifications
- pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- cumulative GPA is at least 3.20
- rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
- broad interest in engineering, design and development
- authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- willingness to ask tough questions, seek out new resources, and work hard to find the best solution
