Job Summary
Communicate complex data insights using visualizations and drive active projects in partnership with cross-functional teams. Utilize Jupyter Notebooks, Python, R, and scripting tools to query data and enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability. Break down complex problems into simpler units while learning newly adopted technologies to support smart lighting and shading solutions. This role requires a rising junior, senior, or master's student with a GPA of at least 3.20, working on-site five days per week. Required Qualifications
- pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics or Statistics
- cumulative GPA is at least 3.20
- rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
- broad interests in data science, engineering, and cross-functional collaboration
- authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- willingness to ask tough questions, seek out new resources, and work hard to find the best solution
