Job Summary
Communicate complex ideas across all levels of organization using clear data-visualization techniques and verbally connect the dots by breaking down complex problems into simpler units. Utilize tools like Jupyter Notebooks, Python, R, and supporting libraries to query and script data while learning newly adopted technologies to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability. Drive active projects in partnership with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and find the best solutions. Starting pay is $31.25 to $45.25 per hour plus relocation assistance. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and willing to work on-site five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics or Statistics
- cumulative GPA is at least 3.20
- rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
- broad interests in data science, engineering, and cross-functional collaboration
- authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- willingness to ask tough questions, seek out new resources, and work hard to find the best solution
