Job Summary
Analyze data to innovate products, assess data source effectiveness, and cross-functionally process, clean, and verify data integrity. Apply newly adopted tools to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability while driving active projects with cross-functional teams. Work on-site five days per week in a team-oriented environment focused on root cause analysis. Competitive pay, housing resources, and mentorship are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.20
- Rising junior, rising senior, or master's student status at the start of the internship
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring Lutron to sponsor a work visa (H-1B or similar)
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- Willingness to ask tough questions, seek out new resources, and work hard to find the best solution
