Job Summary
Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs and recommend tailored banking solutions. Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on potential borrowers or guarantors, and loan document reviews to support client transactions. Collaborate with relationship managers, credit analysts, and team leaders to contribute to real-time business initiatives. Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects, while supporting marketing efforts to enhance client engagement. Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This 10-week onsite program includes onboarding, mentorship, and a speaker series for rising senior undergraduate students in Houston.
Required Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Rising Senior graduating in 2027
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
