Job Summary
Summer 2026 Marketing Intern participates in Marriott Vacations Worldwide's College Internship Program – Marketing and Sales, learning and performing duties within the assigned department, including onboarding, eLearning, job shadowing, mentorship with onsite leaders, and potential exposure to sales and marketing operations. Interns may work a full-time schedule (10-12 weeks, June–August/September), with on-site responsibilities at MVW properties. The program emphasizes learning components of a successful Marketing and Sales operation, with opportunities to contribute to department projects and to explore both non-commissioned marketing duties and potential exposure to commission-based roles. Education: candidate should be pursuing a college degree ( Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or Business preferred; undecided majors may be considered). Experience: hospitality or sales experience preferred; past interns considered for additional internships; equal opportunity employer. Dress guidelines and professional presentation are outlined; the internship is paid hourly and located on-site at a U.S. resort (South Lake Tahoe).
