Job Summary
Conduct field setup, facility cleanliness checks, and hydration station prep for the baseball complex. Safely operate equipment including tractors, golf carts, and UTVs for grounds and turf maintenance. Assist with infrastructure upkeep, spot maintenance issues across HVAC, plumbing, and landscaping, and remove trash. Perform safety inspections for fans and players while supporting operations, food & beverage, and retail departments. Work mid-May through late August 2026, receiving college credit and dorm-style housing if relocating.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate, or currently working towards a bachelor's degree
- Prior work experience or an interest in a career in Facilities or Grounds Maintenance or willingness to learn
- Outgoing, high-energy personality with strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented problem-solver with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team player with a strong work ethic, ready to work long hours and weekends as needed based on business needs
- Reliable transportation
