Job Summary
Set up suites with chafing dishes, silverware, and televisions before events, then verify and place pre-game orders. Serve guests by taking game day food and beverage orders, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the suite. Obtain host signatures on charges, clear items, clean surfaces, and reset the suite for the next function while checking out with management. Requires a high school diploma, one year of foodservice experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment at the Florence Center in Florence, SC.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in foodservice position
- Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
- Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues
- Excellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to effectively work with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
