Job Summary
Conduct pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates, silverware, televisions, and lighting. Verify and set-up all pre-game/event orders, identify the suite host, and take game day food and beverage orders. Serve guests until the end of the event, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout. Obtain signatures on charges, clear items, clean surfaces, and reset the suite for the next function. Requires a high school diploma, one year of foodservice experience, and strong time management skills. Located on-site at the Florence Center in Florence, SC.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in foodservice position
- Ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards
- Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
- Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to effectively work with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
